Parsonage
:- Even though the pastorate was formed in 1949, the
first three pastors namely Rev. K.P. Philip, Rev.
M.V. Pothen and Rev. C.C Chacko resided in rented
buildings belonging to Shri. T.K. John, Thundiyil.
The first parsonage was built at the time Rev. C.C.
Chacko. (1955 - 1958) Now the nursery section of St.
Stephen's English Medium School is conducted in that
building. The present parsonage was built during 1995
- 1997 at the time of Rev. Sam T. Mathew.
CMS High
School :- The school was started in 1867
as an L.P. School. It was upgraded into a Middle School
(U.P) in 1948. The school was upgraded as High School
by the Kerala Government in 1983, but the order was
stayed by the Single Bench of the Kerala High Court.
Then the Division bench of the High Court upheld the
order in June 1984 allowing our writ appeal.

St. Stephen's English Medium L.P.
School :- The school was started in 1996.
Now we have classes from L.K.G. to Std. IV. About
170 pupils are studying in the school.
CSI Hospital Mundiappally
:- The Hospital was started in 1964. Dr.
V.G. Koshy and Dr. Thankamma Koshy were the first
doctors who served in this hospital. The hospital
was under the Diocesan Medical Board. In the initial
stage the hospital made tremendous progress. New buildings
were built and an X-ray machine was installed in the
hospital within one year, by the help of the local
people.
Dr. Molly George and Dr. K.V. Kurien served in the
hospital during the initial period. Eminent persons
like Dr. John Taylor, General Secretary of the CMS,
Rt. Rev. Dr. M.M. John, Bishop of Madhya Kerala Diocese,
Rt. Rev. Dr. Mathews Mar Athanasius of the Marthoma
Church visited the hospital and laid foundation stones
for various projects. Later the CSI Madhya Kerala
Diocesan Medical Society was formed and all the hospitals
under the Medical Board were transferred to this Society.
All the hospitals under the Medical Board were stopped
functioning owing to various reasons. Now the Mundiappally
Hospital is functioning as St. Stephen's CSI, hospital
on rental basis by one of our members, Dr. Mathew
John, Valliattu.
KNH Hostel, Mundiappally
:- Because of the love and consideration
for the Mundiappally parish the late Rt. Rev. Dr.
M.M. John sanctioned a hostel at Mundiappally with
the help of KNH, Germany. The hostel was functioning
smoothly till March 2004. The Diocesan authorities
informed us that the Hostel in Mundiappally will cease
to function from March as the aid from the KNH is
withdrawn.
The General Body of the Mundiappally church decided
to start the hostel afresh by the sponsorship of our
members residing in Mundiappally and abroad. So a
Charitable Society, 'St Stephens Educational and Medical
Society' was registered and the Hostel started functioning
under the society from 1st June 2005 with 8 children
as inmates.
Sub Stations :-
The Mundiappally Pastorate has four sub stations namely
Parady, Mundukotta, Kallooppara, and Elavinal.
